Straighten Up - Improve Your Posture
Improve your posture and learn ways of preventing back pain. Practice specific exercises to help un-round your shoulders, flatten your upper back and decrease an excessive lower back curve. Also, you'll learn how to get rid of a "pot belly" by strengthening all 4 layers of abdominal muscle. You'll learn techniques to help you stand straighter. We'll discuss correct postures for working at a desk or computer and for sleeping.

She teaches workshops and seminars on a variety of health and wellness topics.
