Group Hypnosis: Weight Loss/Weight Control

Tired of spending money on diet programs where you lose weight and then gain it all back ... plus more? You will never succeed on any weight control program until you get control. Hypnosis can help you stop the constant thinking about food, cravings, overeating and snacking. We'll work on areas such as desiring the right foods, drinking water, pushing your plate away when full, and motivation to exercise. All new registrants will receive a free reinforcement CD and a written lifetime guarantee to attend any future seminar free for reinforcement. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a pillow and sleeping bag/blanket for comfort. You will be aware at all times and at no time will you be unconscious. The first half hour will be the check-in period. The next hour will be an introduction session for all participants. Then the Weight Loss/Control session will run for 45 minutes, with the last 45 minutes of hypnosis for the Stop Smoking/Chewing participants.
