Backyard Fruits

Would you like to grow apples, strawberries, raspberries and other fruit in your own backyard? Learn to select fruit varieties appropriate for Minnesota; to plant, prune, and maintain the plants for health and maximum yield; and to control insects and disease. We will cover apples, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly, and touch more lightly on cherries, plums, grapes, elderberries and currants.?

Registration closes for Gentle Saturday class on March 25. An optional Saturday lunch is available.? To register for lunch see AD28800 on page 33.

He will share his knowledge and enthusiasm to get you started.
