30 Minute Core Strength

The 30 minute workout is back and targeting your midsection. Do you have one of those balls rolling around at home, but don't know what to do with it? This is the class for you. We will focus on developing your "core muscles" with the use of a stability ball and mat. Expect to challenge your abdominal strength and control. Improve your balance, body awareness and posture. Enjoy a fusion of muscular strength, length and balance exercises from top to bottom, but mostly the middle! Please bring your own fitness ball for use in class.
