Level 4A - Cottage Grove Middle
This course is for ages 7-14 that have progressed from Level 3 or can swim the front crawl with rotary breathing 15 yards, elementary backstroke for 15 yards, and sissors kick for 10 yards.? Children also are able to front float, back float and treadwater, each for 30 seconds.
Children advanced for their age must receive supervisory approval to register for upper levels.
