Menu #2: Tom Yam Koong Shrimp Soup, Green Curry Chicken and a Thai fried Rice. Thai spring rolls are entertaining at a party or picnic. You can make them ahead, freeze, and fry them up when you need them. The Koong (shrimp) soup is a good remedy for colds because it contains a variety of herbs and is one of the most famous Thai dishes. Thai fried rice can help even picky eaters get their vegetables like corn, carrots, peas, onions etc., and kids will love it. Come hungry and bring a beverage if desired. Please bring a dishcloth and towel to class and plan to help with cleanup. Also, bring extra containers to bring food back home. Food cost is included.
