Kettlebell Cardio Express - Now 45 Minutes!
You can lose unwanted fat; increase muscular endurance, gain functional strength, and enhance your coordination. How? Using kettlebells! Imagine a cannon ball with a handle on top. This offset center of gravity develops strength and flexibility in a full range of motion. Discover the magic of this “handheld gym” which: •Boosts power and strength, for all athletes and sports, •Enhances endurance, for robust health, •Improves physique, for a toned, finely-chiseled look, • Burns body fat, at an unprecedented rate. Work at your own pace. Start each class with a dynamic warm-up of Z-Health joint mobility drills and body-weight exercises. Then learn the best kettlebell exercises for fat loss, strength and conditioning. To finish, we'll slow it down with a little yoga to enhance flexibility and alleviate soreness. Bring an exercise mat, kettlebell, full size bath towel and water bottle. Wear workout clothes and flat-soled tennis shoes. Register early. Please note: Instructor will have various sizes of kettlebells on hand at the 1st class. Students will then be required to have their own kettlebell to use after that. (In order to get maximum results in the minimum time, it is best to use a heavy enough weight. The instructor suggests 15 lb or a minimum of 10. If you refuse to use at least a 10 lb Kettlebell, this class is not for you!) Plan to use your kettlebells at class AND at home. .
