More important though, we are a non-stop classroom on the best quality of healthy life at the most affordable cost. You'll learn about nearby beautiful places where you can walk that you have never heard of. You'll also learn about easy tips to stay healthier longer and to save you money on health care costs.? We help you with your fitness walking and diet and then go well beyond the basics.? This group has nearly 200 events during the year.? We will walk at the first meeting so dress accordingly.

KENT BARKER is an electrical engineer who worked in the field of open heart surgery developing equipment for heart-lung bypass early in his career. Preventive health care became an obvious priority.
