Face to Face Communication Via Skype
If you have a son or daughter in the military, a grandchild in another state, a faraway friend or anyone else you long to see, you can now talk real time with a video connection using a webcam and a free downloadable software called Skype. This breakthrough technology allows you to see the precious faces of those you love, and you can do it for no additional cost once you have the equipment. So if you're tired of paying for long distance calls, use Skype to connect with family and friends for free over the Internet. All you need to get up and running with Skype is a PC or Mac computer, a Broadband Internet connection, and a webcam to make video calls. (Webcams cost between $30 - $50. For video calls, the person you are calling must have a webcam too.) Learn how to install Skype, set up an account, add your family and friends to your contact list, make video calls and send instant messages.
