ABHA GUPTA ELLIS has been familiar with yoga from an early age, growing up in India. She studies under several Yoga masters, and is enthralled with application and benefits of this ancient art and science in our modern society. For her, Yoga is a lifestyle and a 24/7 practice, not just perfecting the poses. Abha is trained in several Eastern and Western fitness and wellness programs (including martial arts) and alternative medicines (such as Ayurveda). She has conducted over 1000 hours of programs for over 1000 participants, ranging from special needs children to seniors, and from beginners to Yoga teachers.
