Bake & Take Christmas Cookies

Get all of your holiday baking done in one evening and leave with a festive holiday cookie tray with 10 dozen different varieties of cookies! You'll be making Peanut Blossoms, Spritz, Sugar Cookie Cut-outs, Ginger, Snickerdoodle, Russian Tea Cakes, Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Chocolate Chip. In this hand-on class, working in groups, you will be provided with prepared cookie dough, recipes, and everything necessary to form, drop, bake, trim and decorate your cookies. We will be using a variety of trims and techniques with the sugar cut-outs and some of the drop cookies. Hairnets and gloves will be provided. Bring your own apron if desired and a dishcloth and towel to help with cleanup. Sampling is encouraged! You will be provided with a catering tray to arrange your cookies to take home, or bring several containers or baggies to hold cookies. Please plan to arrive on time and spend the entire three and a half hours so that all cookies are completed for everyone. A $15 supply fee is payable to instructor. Please bring 2 cookie sheets to help speed up the baking.
