ABHA GUPTA ELLIS has been familiar with Yoga from an early age, growing up in India. She is dedicated to authentic "Raja" Yoga, which offers a holistic approach to health and wellness. She is trained in many eastern and western fitness techniques and alternative medicine practices such as Ayurveda. Abha's teaching includes the YMCA, Community Education, health clubs, corporate and private lessons, and leading camps and retreats. She has taught more than 1000 hours and to 1000 students ranging from special needs, children, seniors and beginners to Yoga teachers.
