Spring is in the air.... bring fresh blooms into your home through this design class taught by the experts at Daisy Floral. Learn to create three beautiful arrangements to take home. Blossoms with Butterflies: A glass bowl filled with fresh everyday flowers and a beautiful butterfly. Beautiful Posy Patch: A glass vase naturally decorated with an assortment of long lasting cuts. Tropical Delight: Elegant tropical flowers with a modern flair. Plan to pay a materials fee of $30 to the instructor in class. Registration closes April 10. Saturday lunch available, see AD20008.
LINDA STROT has been a Floral Designer for over 20 years and owned her own shop for 10 years. Working with all aspects of floral, fresh, dried, and permanent designs, Linda has created arrangements for everyday enjoyment as well as for holidays, home décor and weddings. She has been a trainer for intern students from Hennepin Technical College Floral program for eight years, teaching all aspects of floral design and flower shop management.
This class is part of a special day called "Gentle Saturday." There are 25 classes offered in one day for adults at Cottage Grove Junior High. Plan to arrive early to park. Your name tag will be at the front table.
