South Washington Community Education

This class is minimum is 2 and is limited to 4 students per instructor for more individual assistance.  Back and front crawl, elementary backstroke are continued.  Breastroke and sidestroke are introduced.  Wall turns, dives, underwater swimming, treading water, diving safety, throwing assists and care for conscious choking are covered.  Full sections are removed from on line registration.
