Level 6 - Fitness Swimmer - CGJH
Swimming yardage is increased for all strokes from 50-100 yards, each using the various turns learned. In Fitness Swimmer etiquette in swimming, use of a pace clock, swimming with fins and pull bouys, target heart rates and principles of water exercise are covered. Full sections will be removed from on line registration.
