Level 6 - Diving Fundamentals - CGJH
This course includes basic stretching exercises for diving, dives from the kneeling and compact positions, dive from the side with a stride and standing posistion. From the diving board students will work on forward jumps, falling dive, approach and hurdle, forward dive using the tick and pike positions. Students will also continue in swim yardage and stroke work.
