Kettlebells for Athletes
Learn this 300 year old Russian System for strength, endurance, and flexibility. A cannon ball with a handle is all you need! This offset center of gravity develops strength and flexibility in a full range of motion. Increase muscle endurance, functional strength and coordination. You will need to purchase your own kettlebell. Also bring an exercise mat, jump rope, and water bottle. Wear workout clothes and flat-soled tennis shoes. Included is a kettlebell exercise manual ($25 value). Instructor will have various sizes of kettlebells on hand at the first class to test drive. Participants will also receive preferred pricing on kettlebell purchases from instructor.
