Our instructor will teach you how to make steak, ribs, chicken and even homemade hamburger absolutely tender, juicy, and delicious. Menu will include steaks, chicken, pork ribs, large portebella mushrooms, and other grilled vegetables. Come hungry! Includes food cost. Please bring a dishcloth and towel to class and plan to help with cleanup.. . . .
CHEF DAVID ABDEL-MONEM obtained his Culinary Arts Degree from Hennepin Technical School. He has taught classes at the Chef's Gallery in Stillwater, Murphy's Landing, and assisted in a wild game cook-off at the St. Paul Radisson. David has a reputation for his entertaining, effective style and enthusiastic cooking flare while sharing his love of gourmet food and kitchen skills.
